Story

ROM was born from two brothers, a shared dream, and years of discipline. What started as a passion for training became a vision to build a space where people push limits, connect, and grow together.

The Club

ROM is a boutique training club built around group classes in strength & conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, Pilates and yoga. Each session is structured and focused, with real attention to every individual; ensuring proper form, technique and continuous progress. This is what makes group training feel personal.

The Boxing

Our boxing classes combine technique, conditioning and intensity. You’ll work on combinations, footwork and overall fitness through boxing and kickboxing drills. No experience needed and no physical contact. Structured sessions with personal attention to ensure proper form and progress.

Rebuild

A refined strength and conditioning class built on progressive training.

Develop strength, stability, and control using bodyweight, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

Functional Motion

A dynamic functional training class blending strength and cardio circuits.

Improve endurance, coordination, and fitness through purposeful full-body movement.

The Stretch

The Stretch brings together two holistic programs: (i) Pilates Mat follows a dynamic, flowing approach. (ii) Vinyasa yoga practice.
